Start Date/Time: Thursday, March 15, 2018 5:00 PM

Dan Delorenzo - bass
Bob Rummage - drums
Eric Schneider - saxes
Trombonist Russ Phillips unfortunately will not be available to perform this evening.  His band will instead be in the capable hands of the one and only Eric Schneider.

Eric Schneider’s early musical adventures molded him into the legendary saxophonist that he is today. Three-year-old Eric had the ability to tap out a few melodies, and then three years later he was sharpening his ear with formal piano lessons. His tendency to “improve” the music at age eight inspired his teacher to give him a boogie-woogie songbook influencing Schneider to experiment with jazz composition and improvisation.

He is a fixture of the local scene and embodies the true legacy of jazz: walking in the footsteps of the giants while expressing a vision that is uniquely his own. His travels with the Count Basie Orchestra brought him into the company of some of America’s greatest musicians, including Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, Benny Goodman, Sarah Vaughan, Tony Bennett, Clark Terry, Mel Tormé, Sammy Davis Jr, Joe Williams, Ray McKinley, Rosemary Clooney (Official), Lady Gaga and Billy Eckstine.
